Between gym time, travel tournaments, new jerseys, and league fees, a basketball season adds up fast. Premier Fundraiser gives your team a simple way to cover those costs without asking players and parents to dig deeper into their own pockets. Our basketball team fundraisers let your group pre-sell Creamies Ice Cream, a treat almost everyone says yes to, so you spend less time convincing people to buy and more time filling out order sheets.
A basketball season brings its own list of expenses: court time, referee fees, travel to away games and tournaments, new uniforms every couple of seasons, and the occasional replaced hoop net or backboard pad. Bake sales and car washes can only cover so much of that. That’s why so many basketball programs turn to Premier Fundraiser when they need basketball team fundraisers that actually move the needle.
Our ice cream program works because Creamies is a product families already want. Parents, grandparents, neighbors, and hometown fans buy in fast, which means your players spend more time on the court and less time pushing a sale nobody asked for. Whether you’re funding a summer travel league or covering entry fees for a weekend tournament, this program was built to fit a basketball team’s schedule and budget.
We partner with well-known, reliable brands to ensure your fundraiser is a success. Currently, we’re excited to feature Creamies. We are currently featuring a variety pack with Chocolate, Banana, and Orange Creamies!
The process is straightforward. Your team pre-sells boxes of Creamies Ice Cream, collects payment upfront, and hands out the ice cream to your buyers on one set delivery day. There’s no inventory to store and no upfront cost to your program. You pay Premier $18 per box at delivery, and your team keeps $12 of every $30 box sold as profit.
Each box holds 24 individually wrapped ice cream bars, so buyers get a treat their whole family can share, and your program gets a fundraiser people are actually excited to support.
This Spring and Early Summer in 2026, for every 200 boxes your group sells through July, you’ll receive an entry into a drawing to win $1,000 cash giveaway for your organization!
The more you sell, the more entries you earn—and the better your chances to win big for your team, club, or group.
RECEIVE DOUBLE THE ENTRIES IF YOU SIGN UP BEFORE MAY 4TH 2026!
A good share of our basketball business comes from school programs, not just travel and rec leagues. Booster clubs, PE departments, and school athletic programs lean on school basketball team fundraisers to close the gap between what a district budget covers and what a competitive season actually costs. We work with junior high and high school basketball programs the same way we work with youth leagues: a straightforward pre-sale, a dedicated account manager, and marketing materials that make it easy for students, parents, and coaches to spread the word.
Because Creamies is a product every family in the school community already recognizes, school basketball team fundraisers tend to move quickly. Teachers, staff, and fellow students are often some of the easiest sales a team makes, and that built-in audience helps programs hit their goals without stretching the season out for months.
Running a season is enough work on its own, so we built our program to take the guesswork out of fundraising.
Track orders, manage your list of sellers, and keep everything organized from kickoff to delivery in one platform.
You get one point of contact who knows your program and keeps your fundraiser on schedule.
Flyers, order sheets, and social media materials are ready to go, so your coaches and team parents aren't starting from scratch.
Over 90% of the groups we work with come back for another fundraiser, which says a lot about how basketball programs feel about their results after the first season.
A basketball team fundraiser goes further when a few basics are in place before the pre-sale starts. Give one coach or team parent ownership of the campaign so questions have a clear place to land. Set a firm two to three week selling window instead of letting it drag on, since orders tend to slow down after the first push. Use the flyers and social media graphics we provide so every seller has the same message to share. And log orders in the online platform as they come in, so nobody’s sale gets missed on delivery day.
Teams that follow this pattern tend to hit their goal faster and with less stress on the coaches running the campaign.
Premier Fundraiser is based in Utah, and basketball team fundraisers in Utah make up a meaningful part of what we do each season. From youth rec leagues to school programs across the state, Utah basketball teams have used our Creamies program to fund travel tournaments, new uniforms, and gym time without adding another car wash to the calendar. If your program is located in Utah, our team already understands the tournament schedule, the travel distances between towns, and what it takes to get a season funded before the first game tips off.
Premier Fundraiser is a Pre-Sale Fundraiser. Your group pre-sells our Ice Cream, collects the money, and then delivers the Ice Cream to customers on a predetermined delivery date.
Anyone who can benefit from doing a fundraiser and selling products to earn some extra money for their organization in their community. We have helped sports groups, dance groups, scouts, band/orchestra, cheer squads, and many more. Reach out today and we can talk about the best fundraiser strategy for your group.
People who participate in Premier Fundraiser make checks out to the Team/Group, Club, or School. This is decided before the fundraiser begins and told to all participants. No customer checks are to be written out to Premier.
At the time of delivery Premier Fundraiser will need one cashier’s check (or organizational check) from your group for $18 a box (Written out to Premier Fundraiser). If your school uses a PO System, we will gladly work with it. Your group keeps the other $12 a box as profit.
Your group needs to meet at the same time. Having them come at different times or over a long period of time makes it hard to keep track of who has received Ice Cream. If you have a large group and would like a longer delivery time let your Premier representative know. They will work with you on specific time(s) and organize many teams/groups within one club or organization.
